If you are a patient of Island City – John Pounds (The Surgery) and would like support to give up smoking then please contact the surgery and ask to be booked an appointment with The Wellbeing Service.

We can support you by:

• Providing weekly contact with a trained adviser.
• Arranging for you to get stop-smoking products or medication such as patches, gum, lozenges, Cytisine and Varenicline (for a one-off prescription fee)
• Providing free vapes and liquids (over 18 years of age only).
